Products are developed and manufactured by third parties unless otherwise specified, and we have no responsibility or liability for any aspect of Products except the Trekking Days Services.

Returns

1. Non-quality related returns of physical and digital products

Due to the return policies of our supplies, we are unable to accept non-quality related returns.

If you have ordered a digital product two or more times by mistake, please contact us and we will issue a refund for each duplicate purchase

2. Quality or other factors related returns

Damaged or Defective Items: Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. We will address these issues promptly and at no additional cost to you.

Lost Packages: If a package is lost in transit, please submit a claim no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the matter to provide a resolution.

Return Process: If you need to return a product, please report the issue to us as soon as you notice it. We will provide you the return address and you will receive an automated email notification once we receive the returned shipment.

Incorrect Address: If an incorrect address is provided and the shipment is returned to our facility, you will be responsible for the reshipment costs once an updated address is confirmed.

Unclaimed Shipments: Shipments that are not claimed will be returned to the sender’s facility.
