This is an agreement between you and Trekkingdays.com (“us”, “we”, or “our”). You may also want to read our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.

Your access to and use of Trekking Days Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use our Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

General

We will handle any data we receive from you following the Trekking Days Privacy Policy. We may change, suspend, or discontinue a service at any time without notice; however, we will try to notify you of any change that might affect your ability to use the Service before changes take effect.

Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party provider.

It is recommended that you notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account so we can take actions that would help protect your data.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality, except for images covered by the Creative Common Zero license (CC0), are and will remain the exclusive property of Trekking Days and its licensors. Images that are not covered by CC0 are copyrighted and cannot be used by third parties unless stated otherwise.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Trekking Days.

Trekking Days has no control over and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Trekking Days shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services. You may want to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.

Suspensions & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Suspensions can be appealed by contacting us.

In case of account termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 15 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

Product Orders & Shipping

Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders. Products are typically delivered within 3 business days after purchase. If more than 7 days have passed and you have not received the product, please contact us at [email protected]

Orders are shipped by UPS, USPS, FEDEX, DHL and numerous LTL (less than truckload) carriers for larger orders.

Products cannot be shipped outside 48 internal states.

Return & Refund

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Products are developed and manufactured by third parties unless otherwise specified, and we have no responsibility or liability for any aspect of Products except the Trekking Days Services.

Returns

1. Non-quality related returns

You may return any unopened product within 15 days of your product`s shipping date. Please note that all returns must have an RMA#, which can be obtained by contacting us.

Shipped returns will deduct applicable shipping charges from your refund if the return is not a result of our error. Our customer care team will inform you of the shipping cost. Please note that the returned items must remain intact without impacting the second sale. When the item is delivered to us, you can request a refund.

You can also choose a self-selecting logistics company to return the item, and the shipping expenses shall be borne by yourself. When you need the refund to be issued, you can contact us indicating the order details and return tracking number to expedite the refund process.

2. Quality or other factors related returns

If there is any quality issue with the item, please feel free to contact us and we will address the issue according to the status of the item with partial refund, full refund, or return for replacement.

21. Item damaged during the shipping

Upon the receipt of the item, if you find the item is damaged and want to reject the delivery, please take some pictures of the damaged item. Then, please contact us via email to report the situation and attach some pictures that show the damage. 

For damages found after you have received the item, please contact us with pictures of the damaged item, and we will either send you return labels to return the damaged item back for a replacement or a full refund depending on the damage status of the item and your will. 

2.2. Package lost

If more than 7 days have passed and you have not received the product, please feel free to contact us and we will handle the situation as fast as possible.

2.3. Defective products:

You may return all defective products (after receiving an RMA#) for credit or exchange within 15 days from the date of shipment. If part of a product is defective, please return the whole product, including all manuals and accessories, in the original packaging. If one of these terms is not met there will be up to a 20% restocking fee. If you choose to return a defective unit for a refund, the shipping and handling charges are refundable. Any physical damage during shipping must be reported within 7 days of delivery or the return request may be refused.

Warranty is voided if serial tags, receiving numbers, product stickers, or manufacturer seals have been removed, altered or tampered with. Warranty is voided due to mishandling, improper use, or defacing of the product.
