We offer free shipping on all orders. Products are typically delivered within 3 business days after purchase. If more than 7 days have passed and you have not received the product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Orders are shipped by UPS, USPS, FEDEX, DHL and numerous LTL (less than truckload) carriers for larger orders.
This product cannot be shipped outside 48 internal states.
Return & Refund
If you have ordered a product by accident or you change your mind really fast, worry not. You can cancel any order within 120 minutes from the time the order was placed. If more than 120 minutes have passed since you made the order it is literally impossible for us to cancel it.
1. Non-Quality Related Returns
You may return any unopened product within 15 days of your product`s shipping date. Please note that all returns must have an RMA#, which can be obtained by contacting us.
Shipped returns will deduct applicable shipping charges from your refund if the return is not a result of our error. Our customer care team will inform you of the shipping cost. Please note that the returned items must remain intact without impacting the second sale. When the item is delivered to us, you can request a refund.
You can also choose a self-selecting logistics company to return the item, and the shipping expenses shall be borne by yourself. When you need the refund to be issued, you can contact us indicating the order details and return tracking number to expedite the refund process.
2. Quality or Other Factors Related Returns
If there is any quality issue with the item, please feel free to contact us and we will address the issue according to the status of the item with partial refund, full refund, or return for replacement.
2.1. Item damaged during the shipping:
Upon the receipt of the item, if you find the item is damaged and want to reject the delivery, please take some pictures of the damaged item. Then, please contact us via email to report the situation and attach some pictures that show the damage.
For damages found after you have received the item, please contact us with pictures of the damaged item, and we will either send you return labels to return the damaged item back for a replacement or a full refund depending on the damage status of the item and your will.
2.2. Package lost:
If more than 7 days have passed and you have not received the product, please feel free to contact us and we will handle the situation as fast as possible.
2.3. Defective products:
You may return all defective products (after receiving an RMA#) for credit or exchange within 15 days from the date of shipment. If part of a product is defective, please return the whole product, including all manuals and accessories, in the original packaging. If one of these terms is not met there will be up to a 20% restocking fee. If you choose to return a defective unit for a refund, the shipping and handling charges are refundable. Any physical damage during shipping must be reported within 7 days of delivery or the return request may be refused.
Warranty is voided if serial tags, receiving numbers, product stickers, or manufacturer seals have been removed, altered or tampered with. Warranty is voided due to mishandling, improper use, or defacing of the product.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
