A Lake, a Village & a Ski Resort

The Lake Louise Ski Resort is located on the Slate Range near the village of Lake Louis, in Banff National Park (Alberta, Canada). Tourists visiting Lake Louise Ski Resort can also visit Lake Louise (the lake, that is), as it is located at only a few miles distance from the resort (approximately 3.7 miles/6 km). Lake Louis (the lake) is not only a must-see location from Banff National Park but is opened for ice skating during winter!

It may be worth knowing that Lake Louis Sky Resort is the first stop on the FIS Alpine Ski World Cup and the event is considered to be the most important alpine ski race from all of Canada. As such, someone that wants to be there when high-profile skiers from all over the world are also there and the vibes are international must ensure they have their trip planned according to the competition’s schedule.

It may also be worth knowing that the resort also has a live music event held at the end of each ski season. As some might already know, mountain live concerns during the winter season can be quite awesome.
